A daily companion to the book.
These devotions adapt A Sacred Reset: 40 Days to Realign Your Body, Mind, and Spirit by Dr. R. C. Titus.
All 40 original daily themes are preserved in sequence. Eight five-day plans provide navigation for this original web adaptation; their titles are new and do not rename sections of the book.
The complete web collection contains 40 readings across 8 plans. Each reading includes selected Scripture, a shorter devotional, a reflection question, a practical response, and an original prayer. You can follow the sequence daily or spend longer with a reading.

Scripture credits
Scripture passages displayed here use the World English Bible Updated (WEBU), American English edition, with LORD or GOD for the divine name in the Old Testament. This edition is in the public domain. The web companion uses it consistently; the original book may use other translations.
The passages are reproduced from the official eBible.org edition. Scripture wording and verse numbers are retained, with paragraph and poetry line breaks presented for this reading layout. The devotional interpretation and prayers are distinct from the quoted Scripture.
