Leadership Expressed Through Love
The final three readings return leadership to the love that receives us and the people entrusted to our care. Consider your worth apart from performance, the effects of the decisions you make, and the example others encounter in ordinary conduct. Christ remains the One we follow. His love can shape authority, correction, service, and the willingness to be accountable, giving others an invitation they can examine in a life actually lived.
